KVKK Privacy Notice

This KVKK Privacy Notice explains how personal data may be processed in relation to preliminary discussion and contact requests submitted through the InnoInTech website.
1. Data Controller Information
Data controller information will be updated with the relevant official title and contact details after the formal incorporation process of the InnoInTech brand is completed.
At this stage, personal data is processed only for receiving, reviewing and responding to contact requests submitted through the website.

2. Personal Data Processed
If you use the contact form, the following data may be processed: full name, email address, organization name if provided, area of interest, message content, submission time, spam prevention control data and limited technical access records for security and debugging.
Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical connection records. Do not include special categories of personal data or unnecessary sensitive information in the message field.
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data may be processed to receive preliminary discussion requests, review the request topic, respond by email, protect the website and form infrastructure, prevent spam or misuse, and protect possible rights in case of disputes.
4. Legal Grounds
Personal data may be processed under the relevant legal grounds in Article 5 of Turkish KVKK for communication upon your request, conducting a preliminary discussion process, protecting website security and preserving possible rights.
The checkbox stating that the Privacy Notice has been read is not an explicit consent checkbox. It indicates that the notice has been presented and understood.
5. Transfers
Data may be shared with hosting and security infrastructure providers, email delivery infrastructure, email service providers, technical maintenance or security service providers where necessary, and authorized public bodies or legal authorities only where legally required.
Current technical infrastructure uses static site hosting, server-side functions for the form endpoint and an email delivery service to forward form messages to the configured recipient.
6. International Processing
Some technical service providers may be located abroad or process data through infrastructure outside Türkiye. Therefore, limited data required to provide the website securely and deliver the contact request may be processed through such technical infrastructure in line with applicable legal requirements.
7. Retention
Contact request data is retained for the period necessary to review the request and manage the communication process. If a dispute, security event or legal requirement exists, relevant data may be retained for a longer period. When no longer required, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
8. Data Subject Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may request information about whether your personal data is processed, the purposes of processing, transfers, correction of incomplete or incorrect data, deletion or destruction under applicable conditions, notification of such actions to relevant third parties, objection to automated decisions and compensation for unlawful processing where applicable.
9. Request Method
You can submit KVKK-related requests by selecting “KVKK / Privacy Request” in the website contact form.
Your request should clearly describe the matter and include enough information to help verify your identity. Do not share unnecessary sensitive data, passwords, access credentials or confidential system information.
10. Updates
This notice may be updated according to changes in website infrastructure, processing activities or applicable legislation.
